The High Commission for African Diasporas in France, a new powerful and positive The High Commission of African Diasporas in France, a new powerful and positive dynamic that is emerging in France to carry the voice of living together and weave the new links of France-Africa. Unique in its kind, our organization wants to be innovative in its method by associating all African diasporas from its conception phase to its governance. Many of our compatriots have an origin that links them to Africa, and in the opposite direction, more than 150,000 French men and women are established in sub-Saharan Africa (and nearly 500,000 for the whole continent). Today is the time to move forward together, as equals, for a common future.

How do we operate?

Our members are invited to share their perceptions, expectations and proposals. In particular, they can make known their recommendations regarding programming and decision-making methods. Everyone has a place in building a common future.
